2. Service Description

Our Service allows users to:

• Generate invoices
• Send invoices via email
• Share invoices via link
• Allow customers to mark invoices as paid
• Allow customers to dispute invoices
• Track when customers view invoices
• Access a dashboard with information such as average time to pay, total amount invoiced, paid, disputed, etc.

3. Free Trial and Subscription

• We offer a 1-month free trial for new users.
• After the free trial, continued use of the Service requires a subscription fee of $5/month.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
• You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• You are responsible for the content of the invoices generated and sent using our Service.

5. Payment and Billing

• Subscription fees are billed monthly.
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service for any violation of these Terms.

7. Disputes

• Any disputes between you and your customers regarding invoices are your responsibility.
• We provide tools to facilitate disputes but are not responsible for resolving them.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
